Features
New Trip Status: “No Show”
We have introduced a new "NO SHOW" status to improve the visibility and management of trips where passengers do not show up. This enhancement separates "NO SHOW" from the "Cancelled" status, allowing users to clearly differentiate between the two and take appropriate actions.
Key Updates:
-
New Status Addition: A new status labeled "NO SHOW" has been added to the trip status list, making it easier to identify no-show events.
-
Explicit Status Selection:
- Drivers can now select "NO SHOW" as a distinct status at the time of cancellation.
- Web Users like Dispatchers can now select "NO SHOW" as a distinct status while trip cancellation.
-
Improved Data Visibility: "NO SHOW" is now an explicit status, enabling tenants to easily view and analyze data values per status.
- The No show status will be seen on the operations/Workbook/CIM screens.
- Users can filter “No Show” from Trip status filters.
-
Trip Tickets: Trip tickets for the No show runs will also be available for the users.

Access Vehicle Checklist via Link and Submit Photos
We've introduced a new feature that allows drivers to take photos for vehicle checklists using their secondary mobile devices.
Drivers can now send a link to their phone number via text or email directly from their primary device. This link will open the vehicle checklist in the mobile browser, enabling them to take photos and submit them effortlessly.
How to use:
- Access the Vehicle Inspection Checklist on the driver app.
- Click on the "Take Photo" option.
- Click on "Send Link" to send a link to your phone via text message or email.
- Open the link on your phone to open the vehicle inspection checklist in your mobile browser.
- Use your phone’s camera to take the required inspection photos.
- Sync Photos Back to the Tablet
- Once the photos are taken, they will automatically sync back to your primary device (tablet) in real time.
- Confirm that the photos have synced correctly before proceeding.
- Submit your vehicle inspection checklist answers on the tablet and continue with your run.
Driver Break Time| Driver acknowledges an interrupted break
Drivers will now receive a notification when their break is interrupted by a dispatcher assigning them a ride during their break period. This feature ensures drivers are informed of any break interruptions and can confirm their readiness to resume work and end the break.
How to Use:
- The driver is on a break
- The dispatcher assigns a run.
- Drivers will receive a notification if their break is interrupted due to a new ride assignment by the dispatcher during their break time.
- The notification will display the message: "Your break has been interrupted by the Dispatcher."
- Drivers can acknowledge the interruption by clicking "Confirm" on the notification to proceed.
- Once the driver acknowledges, the break officially ends, and the driver can start the assigned run.

Dispatcher-Grants New Breaks for Drivers
Dispatchers can now grant breaks to drivers directly from the shift schedule screen.
This feature improves break management by enabling dispatchers to assign breaks efficiently at any time if they need to give drivers an extra break in a day.
How to use:
- Access the driver card on the operations screen.
- Select the shift bar.
- Locate a new option, “Grant New Break”
- Confirm the selection and continue
The driver will receive the Take Break notification and start the break.

Update the Driver wait times on the Driver Wait Runs
Users can now view and edit the run logs for driver wait runs, including driver wait times.
How to use:
- Access the run card for a completed driver wait booking.
- Select the "Update Run Log" option from the run card menu.
- View or edit the run logs as needed, including times for arrival at PU, onboard, destination, and wait times(New).
- Confirm the updates, and changes will be reflected across the trip and booking views.
- The driver wait time charges will also update on the booking matching up with the driver wait fare.

Reverse Payment completed by Check
Users can now reverse check payments applied to bookings.
This feature allows administrators to correct errors by restoring payments to their original source.
How to Use:
- Navigate to the booking view for the relevant booking (e.g., booking #3536).
- Access the new "Unapply Payment" option on the booking action.
- Select the option to reverse the payment.
The system will remove the payment, restore the amount to the associated check, update the check balance, and mark the booking and invoice as unpaid.

Realtime Vehicle Sync on MAS when Vehicle Created/Updated on TOBI
This release introduces real-time synchronization of Vehicle information between the TOBI Dispatch Platform and MAS.
When Vehicle information is created or updated in TOBI, the system will automatically sync these updates to MAS, ensuring the latest driver details are always available.
Sync GPS Information from iCabbi to TOBI Dispatch for Completed Bookings
Enhanced the booking completion process to ensure GPS information from iCabbi is synced to TOBI Dispatch.
When the booking completion event is received from iCabbi, trip GPS/timestamp information is missing due to a failed or missed real-time sync. The system automatically syncs the driver's GPS information from iCabbi to TOBI Dispatch.
Bug Fixes
We've resolved the following issues:
- Driver Shift Report displayed incorrect time stats for Start Time and End Time.
- The map settings were not respecting actions like run selection and/or driver selection.
