Activity Logs Enhancements

Payment Reversal Activity Log

1. Activity logs now include entries for payment reversal action.
2. The activity log will display the associated Invoice ID and provide details of the payment status change from Paid to Unpaid, user details, and date and time stamps.
3. Users can search for details via invoice ID.

Click-to-Pay Action Activity Log

1. Activity logs now include entries for Click-to-Pay actions.
2. The activity log will display the associated Invoice ID and provide details of the payment status change, user details, and date time stamps.
3. Users can search for details via invoice ID.

24-Hour Shift Creation via Quick Action

Users can now quickly create open 24-hour shifts for drivers using a new Quick Action.

With a simple checkbox action, shifts from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM will be automatically populated, streamlining the process of creating full-day shifts from users screen.

This feature simplifies shift management, allowing users to set up 24-hour shifts with minimal effort.

Report Enhancements

Show/Hide Columns in Reports

• Users can now customize reports by showing or hiding specific columns based on their preferences.
• A new option, “Columns,” allows users to control the columns' visibility, making report information more relevant to their needs.
• Once users choose to show or hide specific columns, their preferences are saved for future sessions, ensuring a consistent report view without the need to reconfigure columns each time.

Invoice Enhancements

Invoice creation per passenger for monthly and weekly billing frequency

Users can now generate separate invoices per passenger for both weekly and monthly billing frequencies, allowing for more accurate billing.

How to Use

1. Navigate to the account for which you want to configure invoicing.
2. Select Billing Frequency
   1. Go to the Billing Frequency option under the Bill To section.
   2. Choose either Weekly or Monthly billing frequency.
3. Configure Invoice Batching- A new dropdown menu, Invoice Batching, will appear with two options
   1. Invoice per Client: Generate separate invoices for each client.
   2. Invoice for All Clients: Combine all client invoices into one.
4. Generate Per Client Invoices:
   1. Select Invoice per Client to ensure invoices are generated separately for each client weekly or monthly, based on the selected configuration.

This feature enhances flexibility, making it easier for users to manage billing by generating individual invoices for each client per their billing cycle.

Configurations for Invoice Generation Date at Tenant and Account Levels

Configure the  Invoice dates for each Billing Frequency from system settings → Invoice Generation

Key Changes

1. Monthly Invoices (Configurable invoice date with 3 options)
   1. Last date of the invoice month
   2. First date of the next month
   3. Date of invoice generation (Default)
2. Weekly Invoices (Configurable invoice date with 3 options)
   1. Last date of the week
   2. First date of the next week
   3. Date of invoice generation (Default)
3. Manual Invoices (Configurable invoice date with 3 options)
   1. Date of first date of  service
   2. Date of last date of service
   3. Date of invoice generation (Default)

Note: The update applies only to newly created invoices, ensuring no changes to existing invoices.

These configurations flow down to the Account level, allowing accounts to inherit tenant settings or override them as needed. 
 

Run Suggestions

Our team continues to create more options for dispatchers to tweak the inputs to our Run Suggestion technology, including prioritization based on Account, Seating Need, or even individual Clients.
