Admins can view the different reports in the system, such as the Revenue Report, Driver On-time Report, Driver Performance Report, Driver Shift Report, and Fare Breakdown Report.

Dispatchers can view the Driver Shift Report; the rest are accessible only by admins.

Revenue Report

Users can view the revenue generated for the accounts for the given period.

You can group the report by Account Type, Vehicle Mode, and Billing Frequency.

You can filter the revenue data with filter options like account, service area, and source. 

Driver On-time Report

In this report, you can see the driver who completed the trips on time, who was late for the greatest number of trips, and who was early to reach the pickup location.

You can see the percentage of late and early arrivals. These intervals are configurable in the system.

Driver Performance Report

You can view the detailed and summary driver performance report to see the driver's performance for an applied date.

This report will give you the details including: 

• Scheduled Start time
• Scheduled End time
• First Scheduled Leg Time
• Last Scheduled Drop-off Time
• Total Completed Legs
• Total No Shows
• Total Legs (completed +cancelled)
• Total Leg Revenue
• Average Leg Amount
• Total Leg Miles
• Estimated Travelled Miles
• Actual Travelled Miles

Driver Shift Report

As a tenant admin, you can now access and utilize the new "Shift Reports" feature to gain insights into the daily and weekly shift activities of drivers.

This feature enhances your ability to track driver shifts' duration each weekday.
 

Accessing Shift Reports

You can view the daily and weekly shift reports under “Reports > Shift Reports.”

Daily Shift Report:

Admins can view the below details of the driver's shift daily:

• Day of Week
• Start, End Time
• First Trip Start Time
• Last Trip End Time
• Assigned Vehicle
• Fleet Associated
• Vehicle Plate Number
• Vehicle VIN
• Vehicle Mode

Weekly Shift Report

Admins can view the below details for each selected week's day:

• Driver name
• Associated Fleet
• Day of the week (Mon-Sun)
• Driver shift Start, End Time
• Vehicle Name
• Vehicle plate number

For drivers associated with multiple fleets, their details are presented in different rows.

Drivers with split shifts have their details shown in separate rows as well.

Filters

You can filter the data by fleet with multi-select and searchable options.

Searching by driver and vehicle name is also supported.

You can select a specific week or choose from predefined selections such as "This week," "Last week," and “Next week.”
 

Data Sorting

The data is sorted by default according to the driver's name.

Sorting options are available for shift start time and shift end time.

Export Functionality

A convenient export feature allows you to export the generated report as a CSV file.
 

Fare Breakdown Report

Through this feature, tenant admins may gain insights into fare details for a specified period.

Accessing Fare Breakdown Report

1. Navigate to the "Reports" section, where a new report named "Fare Breakdown Report" is available for tenant admins.
    
2. Report Details: Admins can view the details of each fare line item for each trip leg of a booking.
