Sometimes it is helpful for us to record what is happening in your browser, especially if we are not able to replicate an issue. This involves turning on Google Developer Tools. Follow the steps below and then email us the output file. This can greatly speed up diagnosis of an issue!

  1. In your Chrome browser, click on the three dots in the top right corner.
  2. Go to More Tools
  3. Click on Developer Tools. This will bring up the developer tools pane. You can resize it to ensure you can still operate on your screen normally.

  1. Click on Network in the Dev Tools panel
  2. Go through the normal workflow. You'll see lots of lines scrolling as you move along.
  3. Once you are finished (and hopefully captured the issue that is happening), click on the download button at the top of the Dev Tools panel.
  1. You can keep whatever file name it suggests or rename it with your name, issue name, etc. if you wish.
  2. Once downloaded, send that via email to help@tobicloud.com. If you have not already done so, please summarize what the issue is you are experiencing.
  3. To close out the Dev Tools panel, click on the X in the upper right corner of the panel.

We know having to do something like this adds to your workload, however we believe it can help us get to the bottom of some of the trickier issues more quickly. We appreciate your help and understanding!
