Understanding the Run Card
A quick reference for every field, status, and time on a run card.

Collapsed vs. Expanded View
Every run card has two views.
Collapsed view : - gives a brief summary, as well as first and last stop detail

Expanded view: - shows full stop detail

Header Fields

The header identifies the run. It always shows three pieces of information.
| Field | Meaning |
| Vehicle ID | License Plate of the vehicle assigned to the run (e.g., 033-12440LV) |
| Driver Name | The driver assigned to this vehicle and route |
| Route # | Route name (e.g., Ro12121) |
Status Badges

Colored badges in the top-right of the header communicate the run's current state.
| Badge | Meaning |
| Waiting | Assigned; driver hasn't started yet |
| Assigned | Run assigned; driver not yet in transit |
| Ongoing | The driver is actively Performing the route |
| LATE | Run is X minutes behind schedule |
| Completed | All stops finished |
Time Fields

Each stop can show up to three different times. Knowing which is which prevents confusion.
| Label | Meaning |
| Req | The time the passenger requested pickup/drop-off |
| NRT | No Requested Time is present on booking for the node |
| Red clock | Driver predicted to arrive after the passenger's requested time |
Locations with Multiple Passengers
When multiple passengers share an address, they are grouped under one stop number. A yellow circle indicates a multi-stop. Each passenger will still have their own ETA, requested time, and seating need badge.

Seat Need Codes
Shown next to each passenger and in the metrics strip. The number prefix is the number of seats needed; the letter is the seating type.

| Code | Type | Notes |
| A | Ambulatory | Standard seated passenger |
| W | Wheelchair | Requires lift or ramp |
| BW | Bariatric Wheelchair | Wider — needs extra space |
| S | Stretcher | Passenger lies flat; specialized vehicle required |
