We have released Version 4.105.1 on Thursday, February 05, 2026.

Booking Portal Usability, Search & Data Consistency Enhancements

This release focuses on improving the Booking Portal experience by making searches faster, lists easier to navigate, data more consistent, and access more secure. Users can expect smoother browsing of clients, trips, and bookings, clearer system behavior, and a simpler, more focused user interface.

Improved Client List with Filters and Pagination

We enhanced how client lists are loaded and displayed on the Booking Portal to make it easier to find and browse clients, even when the list is large.

What’s New?

  • Clients can now be filtered using common criteria such as name, status, or registration details.
  • Client lists load in pages, making navigation faster and smoother.
  • The existing order of clients is preserved, so the list behaves as users expect.
  • Pagination controls (next, previous, and specific pages) work consistently.

Client Suggestions by Name or Phone Number

We improved client lookup while creating or managing bookings by making suggestions more responsive and accurate.

  • Results remain fast and relevant, even with a large number of clients.

Trip Purpose List Available on the Booking Portal

We added support for retrieving and displaying available trip purposes on the Booking Portal.

We migrated the Booking List to a new backend service while preserving all existing behavior.

  • All existing filters, sorting, and pagination continue to work as before.
  • The response format remains unchanged, ensuring seamless compatibility.

Simplified Trips Screen on the Facility Portal

We streamlined the Trips screen to reduce clutter and focus on essential actions.

What’s New?

  • A Refresh button has been added to manually reload trip data.
  • Unused actions such as Add/Edit Booking and Add/Edit Client are hidden.
  • Invoice and Feedback tabs are no longer shown.
  • Hidden actions are fully inaccessible from the UI.

Real-Time Updates Disabled on the Booking Portal
