We've released Driver App Version 5.2.10 on Tuesday, Dec 17, 2024. This release includes some significant updates that you will find below.

2MA Indicator is now displayed on the Driver App :
We have enhanced the driver experience by adding the 2MA (Two-Man Assistance) service indicator to the run itinerary detail and Run execution screens. This allows primary drivers to easily identify bookings requiring 2MA for smoother run execution and patient requirements
Run Itinerary Screen/Notes screen: The 2MA requirement is displayed explicitly under the “Seating and Services” link.
Run Execution Screens: The 2MA requirement is displayed under the “Services” field.
Internet Connectivity Notifications for Drivers
Enhanced driver awareness regarding internet connectivity issues. When the app loses its connection to the internet, a clear message will now be displayed at the time of navigating from once screen to another, informing drivers of the disruption
Bug Fixes
Unidentified Access Denied Error at the time of Login :
Fixed an intermittent issue where users were unable to log in to the mobile app due to an "Unidentified Access Denied" error.
Current Run Refresh Issue:
Resolved an issue where the driver app did not refresh automatically to display the current run when the application was running in the background on mobile devices.
