Run Suggestions

Configurations

We created the ability to set Dropoff Windows at the Fleet and Account level and also modified the input parameters to include Account-level exclusions.

Prioritization

Users will also be able to tweak the prioritization of Account, Client, and Seating Needs.

Workbook Improvements:

Sorting Workbook's Trip View by Vehicle Name-Driver Name    

Users can now sort the trip view by column Vehicle Name-Driver Name, making it easier to locate and manage trips based on specific vehicles and their assigned drivers.

View Arrival Time at Pickup for No-Show Trips in Workbook

In the workbook's trip view, for any trip marked as No Show, the driver Arrival At Pickup time will be visible.

This information will also be present in the CSV Export.

Driver End Shift Time Based on Last Trip Completion

This update allows the system to automatically record the driver's end shift time based on the completion of their last trip of the day, ensuring accurate shift data for reporting purposes.

Bug Fixes:

• Resolved an issue where drivers were unable to complete the trip if 2nd man is assigned to a trip. 

• Payment dates applied to bookings will now reflect the original wallet entry date,  regardless of when the payment is applied. 
• Incorrect reason was shown on warning tooltip for completed trip cards without trip ticket. Now correct reason, why trip ticket did not generate on the booking will be displayed.
