We’re excited to announce the release of Version 4.47.3, which went live on February 06, 2025. 
We’ve introduced a new configuration that ensures all legs of a multi-leg booking maintain a consistent service area, improving dispatcher efficiency and reducing confusion.

Consistent Service Areas for Multi-Leg Bookings

When a dispatcher creates a booking with multiple legs spanning different service areas, the system will now automatically apply the service area from Leg A to all subsequent legs.

Example: If Leg 1 has a service area of Nashville and Leg 2 is set to Knoxville, the system will now update Leg 2’s service area to Nashville automatically.

Configuration & Flexibility
