Configurable Free Wait Time for Billing:

We’ve enhanced the fare calculation to support tenant-specific free wait time for driver wait bookings. This ensures accurate charge calculation by billing only for the time exceeding the allowed free period.

• The system now applies a tenant-defined free wait time during billing calculations for driver wait bookings.
• For example, if a tenant specifies 30 minutes of free wait time and the total wait time is 60 minutes, the system will charge for only 30 minutes.

Improved Map Controls with Redesigned Icons and Tooltips:

This update introduces redesigned and intuitive icons for map controls to enhance usability for dispatchers. Tooltips have been added to provide instant clarity on each icon's functionality.

Enhanced Report Filtering with "Select All" and Exclusion Options:

This release introduces an improved filtering experience across all reports, enabling  admins to quickly "Select All" filter values and exclude specific ones. This enhancement streamlines the customization of report views by reducing manual effort.

This is available on all the reports.

Additional improvements:

1. The source filter in the Time Report now includes a search option, enabling users to easily locate specific values.
2. Resolved alignment issues in report filters and column headers to improve visual consistency and usability.
3. Placeholder Added in Driver Shift Report: A new placeholder has been added in the Driver Shift Report search field: "Search by driver, vehicle, service area".

Sorting Added to New Columns in Workbook-Booking View:

This update introduces sorting functionality for additional columns in workbook-booking view enabling users to organize data more efficiently and improve overall usability.

Sorting has been added to the following columns:

• Invoice ID
• Fleet
• Cost Amount
• Billing Date
• Created/Last Modified

Application User interface Improvements:

1. Removal of older Recurring Routes option from Menu

• The older Recurring Routes menu option has been removed as there's already a menu option “Route Planner”

2. Report Renaming: Route Analysis Report

• The Route Analysis Report has been renamed to Run Suggestion Report for better alignment with its purpose and functionality.

3. Consistent Design for Run Status and Driver Status

• To enhance the consistency, the design of the Run Status has been updated to match the design of Driver Status

4. Hover Text for “Driver to Wait” from Driver Requires to wait-

• The hover text for the "Driver to Wait" status has been updated to provide clearer, more descriptive information to users.

5. Confirmation Message for Bulk Actions on Selected Bookings

• A confirmation message has been added to provide users with a clear prompt before performing bulk actions on selected bookings. This ensures that users can verify their actions before proceeding, reducing the risk of unintended changes.

6. Driver Eligible for break icon

• To enhance visibility and improve user attention, the "Driver Reached" break icon now blinks when a driver reaches their break eligibility.

Bug Fixes:

1. Resolved issue where Odometer was disabled for tenants, but meter reading and current stats columns were still visible on vehicle screen.
2. Resolved an issue where the Beta features menu was accessible to tenants without the Driver Break Time feature enabled.
3. Resolved an issue where the price rule was not calculating for bookings with a boundary time value (e.g., 15:00). The price rule now correctly applies when the booking time matches the boundary
4. Resolved an issue where trips with warnings like “Acceptance pending, will call warning” were constantly being shown when they have moved to cancelled state causing confusion for users..
5. Resolved issue where Standing Order bookings were not updating when the credit card information was changed.
