MAS GPS Enhancements:

Automated Reconciliation for No Show Trips with GPS:

TOBI will automatically reconciles the No show trips and transmits GPS data for "No Show" trips and triggers the attestation process once GPS data is successfully sent.

Note- The system will also reconcile data starting from September 1, 2024, so any past "No Show" trips with failed GPS transmission will be properly updated

New "GPS Failed" Attestation Pending Reason

Introduced a new attestation pending reason “GPS Failed”  in the workbook, making it easy to identify bookings where attestations are pending due to GPS transmission issues. 

Users can filter by this reason to quickly locate affected bookings.

Manual GPS Sync from Workbook:

Introduced a new bulk action “Sync GPS” which allows users to submit GPS data manually for bookings directly from the workbook. 

This enhancement streamlines the submission process for quicker resolution of pending attestations.

Please Note- If GPS data remains unsent, the nightly auto-reconciliation job will still attempt GPS submission automatically, ensuring no pending submissions are missed.

Operations-Runs Enhancements

New "Delayed Run" Quick Filter for Efficient Monitoring of Waiting Drivers

Dispatchers can now easily track and manage runs where drivers are marked as "Delayed" due to extended wait times at pickup or drop-off locations. 

A new "Delayed Run" filter allows users to see only those runs where drivers have exceeded the fleet-configured wait time threshold (e.g., 10 minutes), ensuring quick identification of any delayed trips.

New "Late Run" Filter for Proactive Late Arrival Management

Dispatchers can now monitor and respond to late arrivals efficiently with the new “Late Run” filter. 

This filter highlights runs where the driver’s ETA exceeds the scheduled pickup time by a fleet-configured threshold (e.g., 10 minutes), enabling quick identification and management of late arrivals

iCabbi Enhancements

We’ve improved the system to automatically clean up any unnecessary spaces (leading, trailing, or in-between) while mapping vehicles by registration and plate number in TOBI.

This improvement prevents failed or inaccurate vehicle mapping due to formatting issues.

Workbook Enhancements

Cancelation Reasons Added to Workbook CSV Export

Users can now view the cancellation reason directly in the CSV export from the booking or trip view. This new "Cancelation" column in the CSV provides clear insights into why a trip was canceled, whether by the driver or dispatcher, allowing for more effective analysis of cancelation data.

Bug Fixes:

• Resolved an issue that caused the vehicle checklist inspection status to display incorrectly, where pending inspections were erroneously marked as submitted.
