We released Version 4.43.0 on Thursday, Nov 21, 2024. This release includes some significant updates, which you can find below. Thanks, as always, for your feedback. We're always looking for new ways to improve your experience!
Authorization Number per Leg or Entire Booking:
We’ve added a new account-level setting that gives you flexibility in managing authorization numbers for trip bookings.
- Per Leg Authorization: Users can now enter an individual Authorization Number (Auth #) for each trip leg within the booking form. This ensures accurate authorization for trips with multiple legs.
- Entire Booking Authorization: Alternatively, users can choose to enter a single Authorization Number that applies to the entire booking. The Auth # added in Leg 1 will automatically replicate across all other legs, and the field will only be enabled on Leg 1.
Field Update: The Auth # field has been moved from the Payment Section to the Leg Section to facilitate adding authorization numbers at the leg level.
Invoice Update: The Auth # for each leg will now be displayed on the invoice detail page.
Workbook: Auth # for each leg will also be included in the workbook for easier reporting and tracking.
How to Enable:
This feature can be enabled or configured via account settings. Choose the option that best suits your operational needs.

Booking Portal Enhancements:
Improved Synchronization for Facility Portal:
We’ve enhanced the synchronisation process between TOBI and the Booking Portal, making it faster and more reliable. With a new message queue system, syncs now happen seamlessly, without delays, and any errors are automatically handled. This results in better performance and smoother updates for all records.
View and Manage No Show Trips:
- Previously, trips marked as "No Show" were displayed as "Canceled" on the booking portal. Now, these trips will show the correct "No Show" which is the new status, along with submitted reasons.
- Admins can revive trips directly from the booking portal using existing functionality.
- Admins can now filter trips marked as "No Show" via the status filter on the booking portal.
Cross-Fleet Customer Payment Profiles:
We’ve enhanced TOBI to support the creation and management of customer payment profiles across multiple payment gateways attached to different fleets.
Configuration Setup
- Tenant admins can configure which fleets are eligible for cross-fleet payment profile sharing.
Automatic Payment Profile Association
- When a passenger’s payment profile is created in one fleet, it can now be automatically associated with other configured fleets.
- This eliminates the need to re-enter payment information for passengers booking with multiple fleets.
Benefits:
- Improved dispatcher efficiency by reducing redundant data entry and asking for credit card information again from the customers.

Driver Shifts Improvements:
Improved Driver Shift Creation and Handling
We’ve introduced an enhancement to driver shift creation process, resolving issues related to overlapping shifts and vehicle capacity errors.
Multiple Shifts for the Same Driver
- Users can now create multiple shifts for the same driver without encountering errors such as "Capacity already generated."
- For example, if a driver has an existing shift from 4:00 AM to 9:00 AM and a new shift is added via "+ shift icon" from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the system will allow to create the shifts instead of having user to edit the existing shift of the driver.

Enroute to Pickup Time in Workbook-Trip View:
We’ve added a new feature that allows you to view and export the Enroute to pickup (PU) time for trips in the workbook-Trip view.
- Enroute Time Visibility: When viewing a trip in the workbook-trip view, the enroute to PU time will be displayed.
- CSV Export: You can also export this enroute time information along with other trip details in the CSV export for reporting and analysis.

Bug Fixes:
- Unavailable Driver Shift Issue: Fixed an issue where a driver marked as unavailable for a second shift was incorrectly shown as unavailable in the driver pane, even when assigned to a new vehicle and shift.
- Version Number Display Issue: Resolved the bug where some users were seeing the mobile version number ("5.1.3") instead of the correct web version number ("4.41.1") on the Web application.

UI Alignment issues:
- Fixed the alignment of the delete icon and "Remove" text to ensure they are center-aligned for a cleaner, more consistent look.
- The "Unavailable" toggle has been right-aligned with the other fields for improved visual consistency
