We released Version 4.57.0 on Tuesday, April 22, 2025. This release brings meaningful usability improvements for dispatchers, stability refinements across booking and driver capacity flows, and minor UI updates that enhance clarity and user collaboration

Key Enhancements:

Cancellation Notes Now Included in Workbook Export

Dispatchers can now access cancellation notes directly in the full CSV export from the Workbook Bookings view. This update offers greater visibility into why trips were cancelled, helping teams maintain context for audits and reporting:

• A new "Cancellation Notes" column has been added to the CSV file.
• Notes are automatically included if provided at the time of cancellation.
• This enhancement is currently available for full trip exports from the Workbook >> Bookings view.

Improved Operational Flows and API Behavior

Several internal improvements were rolled out to optimize API performance and reinforce stability in high-use areas of the platform:

Updates include:

• Ensured correct routing of the Dashboard link from the navigation bar.
• Stabilized Staff/User edit flows, ensuring accurate data initialization and handling.
• Enhanced Workbook statistics and driver management logic, including:
  • Accurate driver break handling and edits
  • Real-time capacity updates when breaks are approved, or runs are dismantled
  • Creating and managing multiple driver shifts
  • Improved handling of driver availability, including OFF duty/unavailable status and confirmations
  • Enhanced responsiveness in trip assignments and trip tracking

Together, these updates reduce edge case errors and enhance the responsiveness of dispatch tools.

Bug Fixes:

Sharing Saved Workbook Filters
Resolved an issue where users were unable to access workbook filters saved by others. Shared filters are now accessible across the team as expected, enabling smoother collaboration and consistent use of saved views.

Invoice Terminology Updated
Minor adjustments have been made to the invoice screen to reflect more accurate labelling:

• The "Pay Amount" column has been renamed to "Amount Paid"
• The "Pay Reference" column is now labelled “Payment Reference”

Standing Order Exclusion Fix
Resolved an issue where errors appeared when adding or removing exclusions from a standing order. This workflow is now more reliable.

Trip Card UI Cleanup
Fixed a visual glitch where duplicate trip cards would momentarily appear when creating single-leg bookings. Only one trip card will now be displayed for each leg. The interface now behaves as expected
