We released Version 4.55.0 on Wednesday, April 09 2025. We’ve rolled out a set of updates focused on giving dispatchers more control, improving booking visibility, and ensuring consistency across the platform. These enhancements are designed to reduce manual effort, minimize miscommunication, and support a more efficient dispatch workflow.

Key Enhancements:

Manual Booking Confirmation from Trip Card

Dispatchers can now manually confirm bookings directly from the trip card. 
This allows dispatchers to clearly prioritize confirmed bookings in their workflow and helps CSRs track booking status more effectively. 

How it works:

1. Click the kebab menu (three dots) on the trip card
2. Select the "Confirm Booking" option
3. A popup will appear prompting for a booking note
4. Add the note and click “Confirm”

Updates to Activity Log: Booking Confirmation Status and Booking Notes will be captured in the Activity Log for future reference.

Trip Confirmation Filter: A new filter “Confirmation Status” is available on the Trips Panel to sort bookings by confirmation status (Confirmed vs Unconfirmed). These filters can help the CSRs focus on Unconfirmed trips, while the Dispatchers can prioritize Confirmed trips for dispatch.

Bonus Tip - Confirmed bookings will display a “green tick” on the trip card:

Address-Based Time Zone Display

To ensure accuracy across time-sensitive workflows, we’ve improved time zone visibility based on pickup and drop-off locations.

• Booking Form: Separate pickup and drop-off time zones are now visible on the booking form while creating or editing a booking.

• Close Run Screen: Time zones for both pickup and drop-off locations will be displayed auto-filled, improving consistency and reducing miscommunication.

Please Note: This feature will be enabled only for tenants who have enabled Multiple Time Zone feature

Bug Fixes:

Fix: Overpayment Validation on “Click to Pay” Form in Workbook

• We have added a validation on the amount field in the Click to Pay form. 
• Users will now be prevented from entering an amount greater than the invoiced total, helping to avoid overpayments.

Fix: Send accurate GPS for iCabbi Trips with updated Driver Details 

• To ensure accurate trip completion and GPS submissions, we’ve resolved an issue where driver details (e.g., license number or vehicle registration) from iCabbi trip data did not match the driver assigned to the trip in Tobi. This mismatch occasionally resulted in incorrect driver location data being sent.
• The system will now automatically update such trips with the correct driver information. GPS data will be submitted using the updated details, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.

These changes are part of our ongoing effort to make the dispatch experience more reliable, transparent, and efficient for all stakeholders.
