Run Suggestions — Load Balancing Solver Enhancements

This release introduces configurable load-balancing behavior for Run Suggestions, allowing dispatchers to control how trips are distributed among drivers. The enhancement improves fairness and flexibility while preserving the ability to fall back to legacy solver behavior when required.

Configurable Load Balancing for Run Suggestions

We introduced a new configuration flag that allows the solver to balance trips more evenly across drivers when generating Run Suggestions.

What’s New?:

• A Load Balancing flag is now available to control solver behavior.
• The flag is enabled by default for every tenant.
• When enabled, the solver uses a new load balancing algorithm to distribute trips among drivers.
• When disabled, the solver reverts to the legacy algorithm to maintain existing behavior.
