Hey Everyone!
We have released Version 4.107.1 on Thursday, February 12, 2026.
Run Suggestion Intelligence & Driver Performance Improvements
This release enhances Run Suggestions logic, improves solver flexibility, strengthens vehicle and seating validations, and introduces configuration-based real time updates for drivers. Dispatchers and operations teams can expect more accurate routing decisions, fewer incorrectly dropped trips, and better performance during driver sessions.
Key Highlights
- Smarter multi-load handling with scaled load times in Run Suggestions
- Configuration-based real time updates for drivers to improve performance
- Ability to control whether vehicles must return to start location in the solver
- Improved preferred vehicle validation in Google OR logic
- Correct seating validation based strictly on preferred vehicle
- Fix for trips being dropped despite eligible vehicles being available
Configuration-Based Real-Time Tracking of Drivers on the Operations Screen Map view
Driver's real-time updates are now configurable to optimize system performance and resource usage for dispatchers to effortlessly work on a longer session without the need to refresh across multiple tabs.
What’s New?
- Introduced a user-level configuration flag on the Operations screen to enable or disable driver real-time updates. once,
- Enabled: - Will Allow real time tracking of all the drivers as they progress through their trip/run
- Disabled: - Will disable the real-time tracking of all the drivers, limiting the ability to display real-time live locations for only drivers assigned to trips selected via the trips & routes pane

Value Delivered:
- Reduced memory footprint during long dispatcher sessions.
- Lower CPU and network usage when real-time is not required.
- Improved performance and application stability.
- Controlled rollout of real-time functionality per tenant configuration
Multi-Load Handling with Optimized Load Time Scaling
Run Suggestions now intelligently handles multiple passenger pickups by scaling load times instead of applying full load time for each passenger.
What’s New?:
- Load times are no longer cumulatively added at full duration for every passenger.
- Additional passengers apply a scaled load time (e.g., the second passenger may take half the load time).
- Solver behavior better reflects real-world loading efficiency.
Value Delivered:
- More realistic routing estimates.
- Improved run feasibility.
- Reduced unnecessary trip drops due to inflated load durations.
Control Vehicle Return-to-Start Behavior in Solver
Dispatchers and tenant admins can now configure whether vehicles must return to their start location after route completion.
What’s New?
Configuration can be updated at:
- System level (via JSON editor)
- User level within the Operation screen
- Solver respects configuration when determining end-of-route behavior.
- Vehicles are not routed back to the start location unless configuration explicitly requires it.
- If the end location matches the vehicle start location, it remains hidden in the UI.
Value Delivered:
- Greater flexibility in route planning.
- More accurate end-of-day routing scenarios.
- Reduced unnecessary mileage and solver constraints.
Preferred Vehicle Validation in Google Orion
Improved validation logic when trips are dropped during Run Suggestions execution.
What’s New?
- Validation is now performed strictly against the preferred vehicle when a trip is dropped.
- Error messaging no longer references “shipment” terminology.
- Messages are clearer, more generic, and easier to understand.
Value Delivered:
- Clearer reasoning when trips are not assigned.
- Improved transparency in solver decisions.
- Better alignment with dispatcher expectations.
Correct Seating Assignment Based on Preferred Vehicle
Seating validation in Run Suggestions now strictly adheres to the preferred vehicle configuration.
What’s New?
- Seating assigned to trips is based only on the preferred vehicle.
- Added validation to ensure the preferred vehicle supports required seating types.
- Prevents incorrect seat-type mismatches during assignment.
Value Delivered:
- More accurate seating validation.
- Fewer seating-related assignment failures.
- Improved consistency in Run Suggestion outcomes.
Trips No Longer Dropped When Eligible Vehicle Exists
Improvised a scenario where trips were being dropped despite an eligible vehicle being available.
What’s new?
- Solver logic refined to prevent unnecessary trip drops caused by overly restrictive configured time limits.
- Trips that meet vehicle eligibility are now correctly assigned.
Value Delivered:
- Higher trip assignment accuracy.
- Fewer unexpected unassigned trips.
- Increased confidence in Run Suggestion reliability.
