NRT Label Added to Run and Route Cards
Run and Route cards now display "NRT" (No Requested Time) when a requested pickup or drop-off time is not available, giving dispatchers a clear distinction between trips with and without a requested time.
Route Card:

Run Card:

Actual Start Time Now Displayed on Run Cards
Run cards display the estimated start time before a run begins. Once a run starts, the actual start time replaces the estimate, giving dispatchers an accurate, real-time view of when each run started.
Before the run has started:
After the run has started:
Driver Suggestions Limited to Unassigned and Waiting Trips
Opening a trip using Ctrl+D, double-click, or single-click loads driver suggestions only for trips and routes in an Unassigned or Waiting status.

Driver Pane Search Retained After Assignment
After assigning a driver to a trip, route, or run, the Driver pane retains the current search results and does not refresh.
"Routed" Status Added for Trips Attached to a Route
Trips added to a route via Operations screen or Route Planner are now labeled as "Routed" in the Trips & Routes Pane, Workbook and Route Planner. Once a driver is assigned to the route, the trip status updates to "Assigned."

Route Planner:

The full trip status flow is as follows -
- Trip not added to a route, no driver assigned → Unassigned
- Trip added to a route, no driver assigned → Routed
- Trip added to a route, driver assigned → Assigned
Note:
- Companion and passenger trips that were originally in a Will Call status and later added to a route display a "Will Call → Routed" status.

- If a trip is removed from a route on the Operations screen or Route Planner, the status reverts to Unassigned or Waiting.
- If a driver is unassigned from a route, or a run is dismantled, the trip status reverts to Unassigned.
- The "Routed" filter is now available across all filters in the Trips & Routes pane and Workbook. Selecting it displays all trips currently in a Routed status.
"Link to Booking" Field Clears When Trip Date or Fleet Changes
When creating a companion booking, changing the trip date or fleet after selecting a passenger in the "Link to Booking" field clears the selection and displays a warning message -
- Date change: "Selected date not compatible, please select again."
- Fleet change: “Selected fleet not compatible, please select again.”
This ensures the linked passenger booking always matches the selected date and fleet.
Trip Search Now Includes Matching Corridor Results for Address and Zip Code Combinations
When searching for trips using an address in the search bar combined with a City & Zip Code filter in the Trips & Routes pane, results include all trips that share the same corridor - where the address is the pickup and the zip code is the drop-off, or vice versa.
The search logic:
- If the address matches the pickup location, the zip code is validated against the drop-off location
-
If the address matches the drop-off location, the zip code is validated against the pickup location
Note: This applies only to the combined Address + City & Zip Code search. All existing zip code filtering behavior remains unchanged.

Google SSO Enabled for Dispatch Platform
Dispatch platform users can now sign in using their Google account via SSO -
- If the Gmail address is registered with Tobi, the user is signed in directly.

- If the Gmail address is not registered with Tobi, then an error message is displayed

- If the Gmail address registered with Tobi is deactivate later, a warning message is displayed.
