Viewing Trips, Passengers, and Statuses in the Facility Portal
Explore how to efficiently view trips, passengers, and trip statuses in the Booking Portal for streamlined travel management.
When a Facility Portal user logs in, they are taken to the Trips Overview screen. From here, they can view either Unassigned and Assigned trips or only Assigned trips, depending on the settings configured in the Dispatch Portal when their invitation was sent. There is also a Map View that updates to display the route for the trip currently selected. By expanding the trip cards, users can see more detailed information about the booking.


Once a trip has started, the status will change to reflect that the trip is ongoing.

Additionally, the trip status will update once the trip is completed, allowing you to view the actual pickup and drop-off times.

Users can also view their passengers by clicking “Clients” in the upper-left corner.

This opens a list view of passengers, where users can search by client name or phone number to find a specific passenger. After selecting a passenger, they can view any basic information entered for that passenger in the CIM screen on Dispatch, as well as their Trip Stats.

Note: When creating the trip, make sure the correct account is selected in the booking form. This ensures that users associated with that account will be able to view and manage the trip in the Facility Portal.
