Tags help surface important passenger and operational information throughout Tobi, giving dispatchers and drivers greater visibility during daily operations.

Booking Form

Tags can be configured and grouped on the booking form. You can organize tags into logical groups such as:

• Safety
• Driver Requirements
• Equipment
• Passenger Needs
• Internal Operations

Operations & Workbook 

Tags display directly on Trip Cards within Operations and also as a column on the Workbook, allowing dispatchers to quickly identify important trip details without opening the booking.

Filtering Trips by Tags 

Tags can also be used as filters within the Trips & Routes pane and Workbook. Dispatchers can:

• Filter by one or multiple tags
• Search for tags using text search
• Combine tag filters with other filter types

CSV & Bulk Update Support

Tags are fully supported for:

• Trips created via CSV Import
• CSV booking updates
• Bulk operational workflows

When tag updates are made (via CSV or manually), the system automatically reevaluates related Standing Orders and Trips to ensure the latest information is reflected throughout the platform.

Warning Tags

Certain tags can be configured as “Warning Tags.” When enabled:

• A warning icon displays directly on the Trip Card
• Dispatchers can hover or click to view the warning message
• Multiple warning tags are clearly listed together
• Warning status updates dynamically if tag configurations change

These warnings help ensure dispatchers are immediately aware of important operational or safety-related information.

Driver App Warnings

Warning tags are also supported in the Driver App to help ensure drivers receive critical information at the right moments during their workflow. This provides drivers with important context as they onboard passengers.
