Driver Location on Driver Pane Now Reflects Most Recent Drop-Off
The driver's location in the Driver pane now reflects the last drop-off of the most recently completed run, giving dispatchers a more accurate view of driver location when planning and assigning trips.
Driver Fare and Driver Incentive Now Editable for All Trip Statuses
Billing agents for can now view the Total Driver Fare directly in the Workbook. A new “Total Driver Fare” column has been added to the right of the “Cost” column in the Trips and Bookings views.
Dispatchers can also update the driver fare and driver incentive for any trip by clicking the “Total Driver Fare” for a trip to open the fare breakdown side panel.
- Clicking the Total Driver Fare column on the Trips view opens the fare breakdown side panel for a detailed view


- In the Booking view, the Total Driver Fare is displayed at the leg level only
- When updating the driver fare or incentive, a warning is displayed: "Manually changing this fare removes it from automatic system updates. Any future fare changes will need to be made manually."

- The CSV export now includes three additional columns: Total Driver Fare, Driver Fare, and Driver Incentive (in that order)

ETA Tooltip Now Reflects Actual Arrival and Departure Times
The pickup stop ETA tooltip on the Operations screen now updates based on the current state of the trip:
- Displays "ETA" when the run has not started
- Displays "Actual Arrival Time" when the pickup time is available
- Displays "Actual Departure Time" when the drop-off time is available
- Prioritizes "Actual Departure Time" over "Actual Arrival Time" when both timestamps exist.

Search Category Filter Added to Operations Screen and Route Planner
A search category filter is now available across the Trips & Routes pane, Runs pane, Route Planner, and Global Search bar. Selecting a category scopes results to the fields relevant to that category, with helper text in the search bar indicating which fields are searchable.
Trips & Routes pane and Route Planner -
- Passenger: Passenger Name, MRN, Phone Number, Passenger ID.
- Trip: Trip ID, Address (pickup/drop-off), Vendor ID.
- Run / Route: Route/Run Name, Route/Run ID, Driver Name, Vehicle Name.

Runs pane -
- Passenger: Passenger Name, MRN, Phone Number, Passenger ID.
- Trip: Trip ID, Address (pickup/drop-off), Vendor ID.
- Run / Route: Route/Run Name, Route/Run ID, Driver Name, Vehicle Name.
- Note: When a passenger is searched in the Runs pane, the same passenger is displayed in the Trips & Routes pane.


Global Search bar -
- Passenger: Passenger Name, MRN, Phone Number, Passenger ID, Medicaid ID.
- Trip: Trip ID, Address (pickup/drop-off), Vendor ID.
- Invoice: Invoice Number.

Route Planner -
- Passenger: Passenger Name, MRN, Phone Number, Passenger ID, Medicaid ID.
- Trip: Trip ID, Address (pickup/drop-off), Vendor ID.

Vehicle Mode Selection Added to Booking Portal
The Booking Portal now includes a vehicle mode dropdown when creating or editing a booking. Selecting the correct vehicle mode ensures fare calculations are applied accurately based on the configured price rules.

Fleet Configuration Now Available for Booking Portal Accounts
Tenant admins can now configure which fleets are available to booking portal users from the booking portal configuration screen, ensuring users only see fleet options relevant to their account.
- Single fleet selected: the fleet selection modal is not displayed - the configured fleet is applied automatically.
- Multiple fleets selected: the fleet selection modal displays only the fleets configured for that booking portal account.
- No fleet selected: all available fleets are shown and existing fleet selection behavior applies.
Microsoft SSO Enabled for Dispatch Portal
Dispatch portal users can now sign in using their Microsoft account via SSO.
- If the Microsoft account is registered with Tobi, the user is signed in directly.
- If the Microsoft account is not registered with Tobi, an error message is displayed.

Field-Level Activity Logging Added to CIM Profile
Field-level activity logs are now captured within the CIM profile, giving dispatchers and administrators full visibility into changes made to passenger profiles. All logs are displayed in a dedicated Audit / History section on the CIM page.
Activity tracking covers the following sections -

Client Info: When any changes are made under Client Info section are captured and displayed in the Audit/History section.

Preferences: Driver preference additions, edits, and deletions are captured under the Audit / History section.

Notes: Note creations, edits, and deletions are reflected under the Audit / History section.

Cloned Pricing Models Now Accessible Immediately After Creation
An advanced pricing model can now be searched, opened and edited immediately after duplication. The pricing model list refreshes automatically to display the newly created model upon creation.

Passenger Names Now Fully Visible on Collapsed Run Cards
Passenger names are now fully visible on collapsed run cards without expanding the card. The stop address now appears on its own line below the passenger's name.
