CSV Import Improvements: Enable SSN Mapping During CSV Trip Import Will Call trip Conversion via CSV Trip Import Claim Resubmissions: Ability to Resubmit Claims Using Kinetik UI Improvements: Bug Fixes:

Hey everyone! 

We released Version 4.48.0 on Tuesday, February 18, 2025. This release collectively enhance dispatch efficiency, data accuracy, billing processes, and operational insights, contributing to a more streamlined and effective transportation management system.

Key enhancements of this release are as follows:

CSV Import Improvements:

Enable SSN Mapping During CSV Trip Import

  • To streamline patient data management, we have introduced the ability to map the last four digits of a passenger’s Social Security Number (SSN) during the trip import process via CSV
  • When uploading a CSV file containing booking data, dispatchers can now map SSN fields to client information.

Will Call trip Conversion via CSV Trip Import

  • Users can now import trips via CSV where if the PU and Drop off times is provided in a date-only format (e.g., Tues, 18 Feb 2025). The system will automatically mark such trips as “Will Call”.

Claim Resubmissions:

Ability to Resubmit Claims Using Kinetik

  • We have enhanced claim management by integrating the Kinetik New Resubmission API, allowing billers to resubmit previously failed or rejected claims.
  • Users can now correct claim details and initiate a resubmission directly through the TOBI.

UI Improvements:

 Bus Mode Icon is now displayed on the trip card for better visibility.

 

Bug Fixes:

1. Fleet Assignment Not Reflecting on Vehicle List

  • Fixed an issue where a vehicle's fleet assignment was correctly displayed in the vehicle edit screen but did not appear in the fleet column on the vehicle list screen.

2. UI Overlap Issue on Booking Form

  • Resolved a UI bug where field labels overlapped with selected inputs on the booking form, improving form clarity and user experience.

3. Close Run Dialog Validation Issue

  • Fixed a validation issue in the Close-Run dialog where the "Submit" button remained disabled when "Arrived at Pickup" and "Patient Offboard" fields had identical values.

4. Incorrect Workbook Stats with Filter Presets

  • Addressed an issue where applying filter presets in the Booking View or Trips View caused incorrect stats to display. Now, filtered stats reflect accurate values without requiring a page refresh.

5. Price Rules Not Applying Correctly with Hour Restrictions

  • Resolved a bug where price rules with specific hour restrictions (e.g., 06 PM - 08 AM) were not applied correctly when booking a trip within the restricted time frame, ensuring accurate fare calculations.

6. Name Search Suggestion Issue

  • Improved the global search and client name search on the booking form to prioritise exact name matches. Now, complete name string matches appear at the top of the suggestion list.

7. Invoice Generation by Address

  • Fixed an issue where invoices were incorrectly generated for all bookings instead of only the filtered selections. Now, invoices will be created only for the selected bookings matching the filtered address, leaving unselected bookings unbilled.

8. Attestation Restriction for Incomplete Bookings

  • Attestation attempts will no longer be made for bookings in an "Incomplete Attestation" status.
