We've rolled out Version 4.49.2 on Thursday, March 06, 2025, This release also includes enhancements that improve communication and auto recurring route tagging 3rd party bookings. These updates significantly reduce manual effort, enhance efficiency, and provide a more seamless experience across the platform.
Introducing TOBI Status Page
Reduce the need to contact support by checking system status in real time! Visit status.tobicloud.com to track service availability, ongoing incidents, and updates—all in one place.
Stay informed without reaching out to support.
Users can also subscribe to email/SMS notifications directly from the TOBI Status Page and receive real-time updates on ongoing incidents, resolution progress, and status changes.

Auto-Tagging Recurring Routes
We are introducing Auto-Tagging Recurring Routes, a feature that enables the system to recognize recurring trips coming from 3rd party brokers or CSV imports and automatically assign them to predefined routes.
How to use:

Enable Backend Setting
- Enable backend configuration for the account you want to use it for. Please write us at help@tobicloud.com to get this enabled.

Enable Passive Standing Order and tag route
- Open the booking in edit mode.
- Enable Passive Standing Order if the booking is known to be recurring.
- Tag the recurring route on each leg for all or selected days.
- Example: Route 101 is tagged for all days on Leg A, and Route 102 is tagged for all days on Leg B.
- Save the booking.

Auto-Tagging on Future Bookings
- When a new trip from 3rd party broker or CSV import is received:
- The system matches the patient's name and address.
- It auto-tags the appropriate recurring route.

Benefit:
Passive Standing Orders remove the burden of manually tracking and assigning recurring trips. This reduces scheduling manual efforts, and increase operational efficiency.
