Hey everyone!
We released Version 4.49.0 on Tuesday, March 04, 2025, bringing significant improvements to dispatching, trip management, and reporting. This update streamlines trip closure, enhances run management, and improves data filtering - helping dispatchers work more efficiently.
Key enhancements of this release are as follows:
Multiple Time Zones Enhancement
Timezones will now display EST/EDT, PST/PDT, CST/CDT instead of general labels like ET/CT/PT.
During daylight saving time, the system will automatically reflect EDT, CDT, and PDT.
Note: This applies to tenants operating across multiple time zone service areas.
Faster Trip Closure with Auto-Filled Trip Times
Dispatchers no longer need to manually enter trip times when closing a run. The system now automatically fills in the trip start time, end time, and patient off-board time based on estimated schedules.
Dispatchers can still make edits if needed - this update helps speed up the process and reduce manual work, making trip closure quicker and more efficient.

Run Suggestion Improvements
Drivers with trips within a run with long wait times between drop-off and the next pickup will now be automatically split into different runs. This helps prevent unnecessary driver wait times and ensures drivers are better utilised minimising dead hours, making dispatching more efficient.
Example: Within a Run, if the wait time between a patient drop off and next patient pickup is 30 mins excluding the transit time and load time (Note - This time is tenant configurable), then, the run will be split into different runs.
