We released Version 4.52.0 on Thursday, March 27, 2025, introducing key enhancements to improves time zone accuracy, ensuring greater efficiency and accuracy across the platform.

Key Enhancements:

Time Zone Display Enhancement

To improve scheduling accuracy and reduce confusion, we have enhanced the system to display time zones based on pick-up and drop-off locations. 

Resolves the use-case where trips spanning multiple time zones, such as in Nashville.

The system now displays time zones based on the pick-up and drop-off locations, ensuring dispatchers see accurate local times across all views and reports. 

This enhancement improves scheduling accuracy and eliminates confusion when managing trips across different time zones.

Operations Map & Dispatching Views: Time zones are now displayed based on the pick-up and drop-off addresses, ensuring local times are consistently shown.

Bookings & Standing Orders: Trips, created via booking form or CSV upload, will now reflect the correct time zone based on the entered addresses.

Reports & Exports: Driver performance reports, shift reports, and CSV exports now include time values aligned with their respective address time zones.

Client Communication: Client profiles and emails sent to patients will reflect accurate local times for better coordination.

Persistent Run Suggestion Settings:

We have improved the consistency of Run Suggestion settings across different tabs and browser windows to streamline dispatcher workflows:

Configured settings for generating Run Suggestions will now remain consistent when opening new tabs or browser windows.

Run Suggestion settings will no longer reset upon logout or session clear.

Optimized GPS Data Storage: 

GPS success responses will now be archived after three months, improving system performance and reliability.

Add/Remove Leg from Booking: Resolved a bug which prevented users to add/remove a trip leg from a Booking. Users can now successfully edit a booking without encountering errors.

Bug Fixes:

Break Time Accuracy: Fixed an issue where the shift report displayed incorrect break start and end times.

Vehicle List Update: Resolved an issue where not all available vehicles appeared when adding a shift upon realtime

Claim ID Visibility: Improved Claim ID display in the workbook for better readability.

Driver Schedule Email Issue: Fixed an intermittent issue where the "Run Schedule" wasn't delivering  to driver.

Resolved a bug which prevented users to save the booking after removing a trip leg from a Booking.
