We released Version 4.58.0 on Wednesday, April 23, 2025. This update focuses on improving the accuracy and reliability of address handling during booking imports. These enhancements are aimed at reducing manual fixes and supporting smoother dispatch operations, especially during bulk uploads and booking searches.

Key Enhancements:

Enhanced Address Recognition for Bookings

We’ve made an important improvement to how the system handles addresses, especially when creating or importing bookings via CSV.

• In some cases, addresses where the house number came after the street name weren’t being read correctly. This caused the system to suggest slightly inaccurate or incomplete addresses during import.
• The underlying issue was related to how the Google geocoding service interpreted certain address formats.

With this update, the system now reads and processes address inputs more accurately. You’ll notice more relevant suggestions and fewer corrections needed when importing bookings — saving time and improving data quality for dispatchers.

Timezone Conversion Accuracy Improved

We also fixed a Timezone-related issue that could occasionally result in incorrect trip times when converting from GMT to EDT during booking searches.

• This was an edge case, but it had the potential to shift the time or date of a trip when importing a trip.

The system now handles Timezone conversions properly, ensuring that all trip times are accurate.

These updates help reduce manual fixes and improve overall booking accuracy and ensure bookings appear with the correct timestamps.
