We released Version 4.59.0 on Thursday, May 01, 2025.
This update focuses on improving financial accuracy and system monitoring – with enhancements to how billing statuses are handled for bookings added after claim payment, and the addition of new real-time system metrics on the Tobi Status Page.
Enhanced System Metrics on the Tobi Status Page
We have introduced two new performance metrics on the Tobi Status Page to provide deeper visibility into system responsiveness and API performance.
System Response Time (SRT):
- This metric focuses on the overall behavior of the system and includes:
- The total number of API requests processed per minute and per hour.
- The average response time across all API requests.
Booking Response Time (BRT):
- This metric is specifically designed to monitor the performance of booking-related APIs. It displays:
- The average response time for booking creation and update requests.
- The average response time across all API requests (included for cross-comparison).

These additions provide teams with actionable insights into how the system is performing in real time.
- Metrics update at regular, configurable intervals (e.g., every 5 minutes).
- Users can toggle between daily, weekly, and monthly views to analyze patterns over time.
- A history log is available, showing trends from the past 24 hours and the last 7 days.
Enhancement to Auto-Update of Booking's Billing Status from Paid Claims:
In addition to our recently released enhancement to “Auto-Updating Booking's Billing Status”, we are introducing the following improvements to give tenants more accuracy in claims processing.
Billing Status Updates for Bookings Added After Claim Payment
We have introduced an enhancement to ensure billing statuses remain accurate even when bookings are added to an invoice after the claim has already been paid.
What has changed:
If a booking is added to an existing invoice that has already received a claim payment (whether fully or partially), the system will now automatically assign the correct payment status - either "Paid" or "Partially Paid" - to the newly added booking.
This update ensures that:
- All bookings within a paid or partially paid invoice reflect the correct financial status.
- Billing data remains consistent and reliable, regardless of when the booking was added.
These enhancements are part of our ongoing effort to improve operational transparency and financial accuracy across the platform.
