Hey everyone!
We released Version 4.63.0 on Thursday, May 22, 2025.
This release brings greater clarity and control across trip management, with key updates to accurate trip timelines, cancellation workflows, and shift reporting.
We’ve also added a route stop list download for better schedule analysis and resolved several usability bugs to streamline operations end-to-end.
Key Enhancements:
Enhanced Trip Time Details (Now Includes Load & Unload Time) on Trip card
Previously, only the transit time between Leg A and Leg B was shown on the trip card - omitting key time components like loading and unloading time. In practice, drivers spend significantly more time on each trip due to these activities.
With this update, CSR/Dispatcher users can now see a detailed breakdown of estimated and actual trip times including load, transit, and unload durations - directly within the Trip Card.
This enhancement improves time accuracy, helps manage expectations, and empowers CSRs to provide more precise information to patients in real time.
Note: TOBI calculates load and unload times based on seating requirements and address-specific configurations. These durations are fully customizable. To configure timing settings for your instance, please contact us at help@tobicloud.com.
Key Enhancements:
Tooltip with Time Breakdown on Hover:
For trips in Unassigned, Assigned, or Will Call status, hovering over the trip time and seating icon displays a tooltip with: Seating type, Estimated load time, Estimated transit time, Estimated unload time (Visible in both collapsed and expanded views)

Expanded View Breakdown:
Expanded Trip Cards now show:
Estimated Onboard Time: Arrived at Pickup time + Load time
Transit Time: Time from Pickup location to Destination location
Estimated Completion Time: Arrived at Destination + Unload time

Actual Time Display for Ongoing and Completed Trips:
Ongoing Trips: Display actuals as each stage (load, transit, unload) is completed.
Completed Trips: Display final actual trip times
Improved Shift Report Accuracy for No-Show Trips
Admins and dispatchers will now see accurate trip and timing details in the shift report even when a driver’s first or last trip is marked as No Show. This ensures a consistent and clear view of the driver’s shift performance and actual drive hours.
First Trip No Show:
The shift report displays the No Show start time, pickup address, and actual travel duration up to the No Show event.
Last Trip No Show:
The report shows the last drop-off address and end time based on when the trip was marked No Show.
This enhancement provides better visibility into driver activity and improves operational reporting accuracy.
Recurring Route Stop List CSV Download
Users can now download a detailed route stop list directly from the Route Planner screen to better analyze driver efficiency and manage schedules.
Key Details:
- Users can select a date range (up to 5 days) and download the route stop list as a CSV file.
- The CSV includes comprehensive columns such as Date of Service, Route, Stop Number, Pickup/Drop-off, Passenger Name, Status, Address, Timing details, Seating Type, and both Estimated and Actual times for pickups and drop-offs.

Ability to Edit Cancelation notes and Reasons
Editable Cancelation Details:
For both canceled and no-show trips, users can update the cancelation reason and notes. The cancelation view will display who made the update and when, while preserving the original canceling user and timestamp.
Automatic Cancelation Charge Updates:
When the cancelation reason is changed, the system automatically recalculates and updates the associated cancelation charges based on configured business rules. This ensures billing reflects the correct charges tied to the new cancelation reason.
Activity Log Tracking:
All updates to cancelation reasons and notes are logged with the user’s identity in the activity log for full auditability.
Accurate Reporting:
Updated cancelation reasons and charges are reflected accurately in trip exports, workbooks, and invoices.

CTG- Integration Improvements
Updated the driver position payload to use IDSConfNo
instead of ITTPConfNo
for the ConfNo
field within each DriverPosition
. This ensures accurate and consistent trip identification in real-time updates.
Bug Fixes:
Workbook:
1. Fixed an issue where the unit/apartment number was incorrectly included in the address field on the Trips view and CSV export. The unit now appears only in its designated column, eliminating duplication and formatting issues.
2. Resolved an issue where leg notes were being duplicated in the workbook CSV download after uploading bookings via CSV. Notes are now correctly displayed without duplication in the exported file.
Breaktime:
Resolved an issue where drivers could receive and start multiple overlapping breaks due to real-time update delays. The system now correctly prevents additional breaks from being granted or started while a driver is already on an active break.
Recurring Route:
Fixed an issue where adding a new stop to a current-day route disrupted the stop order for future dates. Routes now maintain their correct sequence across future days, even after modifications to the current day's itinerary
This release is another step toward a more intuitive, responsive platform that supports dispatchers in making faster, clearer decisions.
As always, we appreciate your support and look forward to your feedback!
