Introducing – The Tobi KPI Dashboard:
We’ve introduced the Tobi Dashboard to empower business owners with valuable insights into their operations. With this new feature, you can now:
- Track key business metrics like revenue, trip volume, and cancellation rates.
- Benefit from real-time updates synchronised with the Tobi application.
- The Tobi Dashboard is customizable to meet individual tenant needs, offering actionable insights into business KPIs and analytics - helping you make data-driven decisions and optimize their operations.

Improved Display for Declined Credit Cards
To help operations managers and dispatchers quickly identify credit card related issues, we’ve added a clearer way to see declined credit cards on the trip panel.
- Declined cards are now marked with a red icon.
- Hovering and click over the icon will show a reason explaining why the card was declined.
- This enhancement makes it easier to address payment issues right away.
Enhancements to Workbook:
We’ve introduced additional data columns in the workbook for billing managers to streamline the billing process and invoicing.
Users can now view and export the following additional columns from Workbook's Trip view:
- Scheduled Dropoff Time: Displays the scheduled dropoff time for each trip.
- Cancel/No-Show at: Indicates when the trip was marked as a no-show or cancel.
- Cancel/No-Show Reason: Captures the reason provided for a no-show.
- Additional Riders: Provides the count of additional riders for a trip.
- Actual PU Lat/Long: Displays the GPS coordinates of the location where the driver marked "Arrived at Pickup."
- Actual DO Lat/Long: Displays the GPS coordinates of the location where the driver marked “Arrived at Dropoff.” Note: If the run was closed manually from the web app, this field will display “NA.”
- Social Security Number: Last 4 Digits of Client’s SSN which helps differentiate clients with the same first and last name.
Application User interface Improvements:
Concurrent Updates to a Single Booking Issue:
Addressed an issue involving concurrent updates to a booking. Users will now receive an alert if they attempt to modify a booking that has already been updated concurrently by another user.

Sorting Made Easy in Workbook Views
When sorting columns in the booking view in the workbook, you’ll now see an arrow next to the column header. This arrow indicates whether the list is sorted in ascending or descending order.
Bug Fixes:
Missing Validation Message When Changing Password with Invalid Characters:
Fixed an issue where a validation message was not displayed when users attempted to change their password using invalid characters.
Revived Trip Status Displayed as Canceled in Filters:
Resolved an issue where the trip status was incorrectly shown as “Canceled” in filters after the trip had been revived by the dispatcher.
Partial Paid Invoice Status Issue:
Fixed an issue where the invoice status for a partially paid booking was not updated correctly after unpaid invoices were removed. The status now reflects the updated payment status.
Newly Added Service Type Not Reflecting on Client Information Screen:
Resolved an issue where newly added service types were not immediately visible on the Client Information Screen.
