We released Version 4.45.0 on Tuesday, Dec 10, 2024. This release includes some significant updates, which you can find below. Thanks, as always, for your feedback. We're always looking for new ways to improve your experience!
2MA Indicator is now displayed on the Driver App :
We have enhanced the driver experience by adding the 2MA (Two-Man Assistance) service indicator to the run itinerary detail and Run execution screens. This allows primary drivers to easily identify bookings requiring 2MA for smoother run execution and patient requirements
Run Itinerary Screen/Notes screen: The 2MA requirement is displayed explicitly under the “Seating and Services” link.
Run Execution Screens: The 2MA requirement is displayed under the “Services” field.
Application User interface Improvements
Operations Screen:
- Global Filters: Service area filters now work in sync with respect to selected fleet from the global filters.
- Driver Card: Fleet names on the driver card are optimised to fit the card layout.
Vehicle Inspection Checklist on Second Device:
In case of No Internet Connectivity, relevant popup message has been implemented advising user about the issue.
Vehicle Inspection Report:
Preview Image popup and inspection checklist popup have been optimized to provide a cleaner interface.
Bug Fixes:
- Cancellation Charges: Fixed an issue preventing booking cancellations due to account-level cancellation charge conditions. Cancellation Charges now work correctly when "Individual Reasons" is selected in the configuration.
- Run Dismantle: Resolved an issue where, dispatcher was able to dismantle a trip which has already been completed.
- CIM- Edited trip information will be updated in Real time on CIM
- Booking form: Cost amount shows even after the charges are voided due to cancelation on booking form
- Activity Log: Resolved the issue where rider count was incorrectly displayed in the Activity Log.
- Driver On-Break: Resolved the issue where the icon for viewing the list of drivers who are currently on break was not being displayed, intermittently.
- Revenue Report - Resolved the issue where the user was unable to select Custom Dates.
- Invoices: Resolved the issue where invoices were not generated for standing order trips where Billing frequency was Everytrip
- Patient Signature- Resolved the issue where Payment signature screen was not visible on the driver app, if signature setting is turned off on system level but enabled on fleet level or account level.
