Run Suggestions — Route Assignment, Validation Visibility, and Tenant Configuration

We’ve enhanced the Run Suggestions experience to give dispatchers more control, fewer errors, and faster decision-making.

Assign Suggested Routes Directly from the Run Suggestions Screen

Dispatchers no longer need to switch to the Operations view. Suggested routes can now be assigned immediately from the Run Suggestions screen, reducing steps and speeding up workflow.

Smart Validation Before Assignment

Before assigning a route, Tobi now validates:

• Vehicle capacity
• Driver availability
• Driver readiness status

Only routes that pass validation will attempt assignment, reducing failed attempts and rework.

Clear Visibility into Validation Errors

If an assignment cannot be completed, the dispatcher now sees a clear, actionable validation message indicating the reason before confirming the assignment. This eliminates guesswork and provides transparency.

Tenant-Specific Run Suggestion Settings

Run Suggestion configurations are now tenant-specific rather than system-wide. Each tenant can define routing logic based on their operational needs and preferences.
