We've released new TOBI Ride Tracker App Version 1.0.0 on Monday, July 21, 2025.

We’re excited to introduce the first release of the TOBI Ride Tracker App Version 1.0.0, designed to support parents / caregivers with real-time, intuitive tools to manage transportation for the individuals they care for. Here's what you can do with the app: 

Now available on the Play Store and App Store 

What does this mean for you? 

  • Greater Peace of Mind: Stay connected with your loved one’s transportation in real-time, knowing where they are and when they’ll arrive. 
  • Empowered Caregiving: Easily manage trips, riders, and communications—all from a single app tailored to your needs. 
  • Time Savings: No more waiting on calls or emails—everything from trip updates to cancellations is just a tap away. 
  • Improved Safety & Trust: Real-time tracking, driver details, and secure messaging give you the confidence and control you deserve. 
  • Scalable for Families: Whether you're caring for one or multiple individuals, the app grows with you and adapts to your caregiving responsibilities.

 

Getting Started: Logging into the App

  • Quick Login with Mobile Number: Caregivers log in using their registered phone number & email. An OTP (One-Time Password) is sent for instant verification—no password needed. 
  • Automatic Sign-In: Returning users stay logged in unless they choose to log out. 

 

Parent/Caregiver Profile

  • Personalised Dashboard: Upon login, caregivers land on a dashboard personalised with their details and linked riders. 
  • View & Manage Profile: Easily access your name, contact info, and associated passengers via the Profile tab. 
  • Support Linked Riders: If you're assigned to care for multiple passengers, you can view and manage trips for all of them under your profile. 
  • Secure & Private: All caregiver and rider information is protected using industry-standard security protocols.

 

Trip Management & Tracking

  • View Upcoming & Past Trips: Access a clear list of scheduled and completed trips, all in one place. 
  • Real-Time Trip Tracking: Track the vehicle's live location and estimated time of arrival. 
  • Multi-Passenger Support: Manage trips for multiple individuals from a single caregiver profile. 
  • Ride Cancellation: Cancel any upcoming trip directly through the app when plans change—no phone call needed.

 

Trip Details & Communication

  • Detailed Trip Information: See pick-up and drop-off locations, timing, and assigned driver information. 
  • Direct Message Options: Quickly reach out to the driver directly from the trip screen. 
  • Trip Progress Notifications: Get timely updates about trip status changes (e.g., driver assigned, en route, arrived). 

 

Feedback & Support

  • Submit Feedback: Share your experience after each trip via the History tab. 
  • Help & FAQs: Access commonly asked questions and get assistance through the Support section in the app.
