Estimated Fare Display for Individual Bookings:

Dispatchers can now view estimated fares for each booking during creation using an expression-based fare calculation model. This helps school districts and operations teams instantly understand a trip's cost implications, improving transparency and aiding budget forecasting.

- The price rule can include multiple components based on the requirements, such as base fare and per-mile charge, tiered pricing, equipment fee, ride-alone fee, fuel charge, toll charge, sibling discount, and minimum fare.
- Separate charges for Seating Needs & Service Types can also be defined.
- Displayed during booking creation in the booking portal.
Route-Level Fare Display on Operations Screen:

The operations screen displays the total fare for each route, calculated from all included trips. This provides dispatchers with complete visibility into financials at the route level, helping with trip management and planning.
