We released Version 4.67.0 on Thursday, June 19, 2025.
Key Enhancements:
Add Caregivers to Client Profiles for Ride Tracking
We’re excited to introduce a major enhancement that enables caregiver associations with clients, laying the foundation for seamless ride tracking and communication with caregivers.
This release includes full support for adding caregivers across both the Booking Portal and the Dispatch Platform, along with real-time synchronization between both systems.
Key Enhancements
- Booking portal admins can add caregivers while registering new clients from the Booking Portal
- Add caregiver accounts from the Dispatch Platform under the client's CIM Accounts section
- Real-time sync of caregiver data between the Booking Portal and Dispatch Platform
- Support for multiple caregivers per client
- Caregivers will be able to view and track rides of their associated clients only

Coming Soon: Caregiver App
We’re preparing to launch a dedicated Caregiver App, allowing caregivers to: View their associated clients, Track rides in real time, Receive notifications.
Manage Passenger and Caregiver Details via CIM on Booking Portal
We've also introduced a Client Information Management (CIM) screen within the Booking Portal, enabling a single view and management of passenger (client) profiles and their associated caregivers.
- Quickly search and access clients using name or phone number
- View key details like: Client Name, Date of Birth, Contact Number, Member ID, Address, Height, and Weight
- Access ride history at a glance with Trip Stats (Completed, Ongoing, Upcoming, No Shows, and Canceled)
- Add and manage one or more caregivers

Terminate Booking Portal Admin Access
With this update, tenant admins can now terminate access for any invited account admin, ensuring that only authorized personnel can view or manage client and trip data on booking portal
Route Planner Improvements:
View Time Zone information on Route planner screen for Multi-Zone Tenants
We’ve released a new enhancement that improves time clarity for dispatchers working across different time zones. Trip cards and route planner itinerary now display scheduled times in the trip’s local time zone, helping eliminate coordination errors and miscommunication.
MAS Attestation Improvements:
We’ve implemented a validation to prevent invalid attestations being submitted for trips that have been canceled prior to their scheduled date.
New Behavior:
If a trip is cancelled before its scheduled date, and an attestation attempt is made via MAS then the attestation status will now be set to "FAILED"
in TOBI Dispatch, and no attestation record will be stored inappropriately.
Run Suggestions Improvement:
Address-Based Tolerance – Configurable Trip Time
Address-Based Tolerance enables control over trip time windows based on the pickup and drop-off facility addresses. This ensures more accurate scheduling and better alignment with facility operating hours.
Admins can now define the following for each facility address:
Earliest Pickup Time, Maximum Pickup Time, Latest Drop-off Time
These settings can be configured separately for:
- To Facility trips (pickup from home, drop at facility)
- From Facility trips (pickup from facility, drop at home)

Bug Fix:
- Route planner: Resolved an issue where vehicle capacity requirements were being miscalculated due to incorrect ordering of grouped pickup and drop-off actions, particularly at shared nodes.
