We released Version 4.69.0 on Tuesday, July 10, 2025.
In-App Support Ticket Submission from TOBI
To improve support efficiency and reduce delays in issue reporting, users can now submit support tickets directly from within the TOBI web application. This ensures real-time, context-specific ticket creation, leading to quicker triage and resolution of issues.
How It Works:
- A new "Create Support Ticket" option is now available in the Help menu of the TOBI web application.
- Clicking this option redirects the user to the support portal.
- Users can fill in and submit the ticket form directly.
- Tickets are automatically created in the TOBI Support system and routed to the support team.
- Users will receive the responses from TOBI Support on their emails along with status of the tickets.
