Enhancements to Booking Portal - Select Existing Caregivers While Adding Students
This release introduces the ability to search and select existing caregivers from the guardian database when adding a new passenger in the booking portal. This streamlines the process and reduces data entry duplication.
Key Highlights
Search existing Caregivers:
While adding a new passenger and their guardian, Admins can now search from a list of all existing guardians available within the tenant.
Smart Search Functionality:
Caregivers can be searched using either Caregiver's name or phone number.
Auto-Fill on selection:
Once an existing caregiver is selected:
- All relevant details are auto-filled in the guardian information form.
- Admins can immediately save the student record without re-entering caregiver data.
