We released Version 4.78.5 on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.
UI Performance Enhancements, Recurring Run Itinerary updates, ETA Enhancements, Standing Order Permanent Cancellation Fix and additional logging
This release improves booking consistency, recurring run updates, and cancellation reliability, while delivering faster Dispatch UI performance, better invoice sync control, and enhanced logging for visibility.
Key Highlights
Recurring Run Itinerary Updates:
- Fixed an issue where updates to recurring run itineraries were not applied to future occurrences of the same day of the week.
- Now, changes made to a recurring run automatically propagate to all future runs on the same schedule.
Permanent Booking Cancellation Fix:
- Resolved backend conflict preventing permanent cancellation of standing orders when adjusting end dates.

Updates to end dates now:
- Complete without triggering unintended price rule updates.
- Remove all future bookings correctly.
- Display clear error messages if issues occur.
- Eliminates the need for manual backend intervention.
Invoice Sync Exclusion for Selected Clients:
- Introduced a configuration option to disable invoice sync over the Booking Portal for specific clients.
- Clients on the exclusion list will not trigger Invoice sync, while others continue with normal behavior.
- Exclusion list is configurable and logged for transparency.
- No impact to other Invoice sync processes.
Performance Improvements (Caregiver App & Operations screen):
- Optimized Caregiver App static resource compression for faster load times.
- Implemented virtual scroll on Operations screen for driver/client lists, reducing lag when handling large datasets.
- Enhanced visibility by adding logging for Standing Order deactivation events. This will help track changes, troubleshoot issues, and improve operational monitoring.
Correct ETA Calculation on Route Creation via Overnight Job:
- Routes generated from Standing Orders through the overnight Recurring Route Job now validate whether ETA calculation is required.
- If required, ETAs are automatically calculated during route creation.
- This logic is configuration-driven.
ETA Job Performance Optimization:
- Optimized ETA job execution to reduce overall processing time.
- Internal operations have been streamlined by limiting set scans, minimizing load, and ensuring faster execution of each event.
- This update improves system stability and performance during heavy job runs.
