Whether you have one fleet with one mode of transportation or multiple fleets with multiple modes, Tobi can support your business.
This means you can set up various fleets—business entities with their own Tax ID and business formation— within your Tobi account.
From Tobi's perspective:
- A Fleet is a working entity that consists of Drivers and Vehicles and can serve multiple Service Areas.
- An NEMT company (the tenant/Tobi account) can have multiple fleets.
- You can define the booking configurations like cancellation charges or invoice templates.
- These configurations flow down to the account level and are applied to the private pay bookings.
How to define a Fleet?
Log in to the application. Navigate to "Configurations > Fleets."
Click on Add New and Provide fleet details such as:
- Name (Legal Entity Name)
- Address.
- How payments will be processed (payment gateway details)

Select "Save."
